MCA/B1 is primarily designed for SAP Business One® integration with EDI and XML. It provides seamless integration between front-end B2B eCommerce and backend SAP Business One..

Using MCA/B1 the trading partners' documents such as Sales Orders and Invoices in EDI, XML, flat file or CSV are seamlessly integrated with SAP Business One using MegaXML Communication Server (MCS) and MegaXML Communication Adapter (MCA) through the Internet. Upon receipt at the SAP Business One the B2B eCommerce can be activated from the SAP Business One menu option 'B2B Integration'. This activates MCA/B1 add-on software for SAP Business One and new Orders can be viewed and processed. Similarly Order Invoices from SAP Business One are retrieved and delivered to your trading partners in EDI, XML, flat file or CSV. Automatic data synchronization between trading partners and SAP Business One is fast and accurate, streamlining your business process saving time and cost..

A rich set of GUI screens as a part of MCA/B1 makes Sales Order and Invoice processing quick and efficient by just a few key stokes or mouse clicks.

No modifications are required to the SAP Business One installation in order to implement MCA/B1 integration. For SAP Business One, MCA/B1 is implemented as add-on that is built in accordance with SAP's best practices using SAP approved Development Environment 'B1DE'. The MCA/B1 is developed using XML, C#, Microsoft .NET and Internet platform.

Using XSD Schema brings strong business logic validation features and reliably passes on the XML business document to SAP Business One. Using Windows features the MCA/B1 confirms acceptance of the posted XML document by SAP Business One. It also uses the 'Export' service to move business documents out of SAP Business One for its subsequent processing by MgeaXML, and eventual transmission back to trading partners in required format.

Details Leveraging the C# .NET classes offered by 'B1DE', the MCA/B1
implements the SAP interfaces adding 'B2B Integration' capability for SAP Business
One users. The MCA/B1 is composed of two subsystems: 1. Communication
Controller (CC) and 2. ERP adapter (EA). The Communication Controller is responsible
for transferring of business document between trading partners. The ERP adapter provides
an interface to SAP Business One. When a Business One document needs to be sent to
trading partner, user presses the 'Export' button on the document (e.g. A/R Invoice) for
subsequent processing and eventual transmission to appropriate trading partner.
